Senior Technician

You Are:

• An experienced senior technician or IT professional
• An individual who wants to share their knowledge with customers and colleagues alike
• Someone who lives by the motto “Done right, the first time”
• Excited by new technologies and their applications
• Disciplined about documentation and standard operating practices
• Prepared to handle escalations and coach junior colleagues in their development
• An enthusiastic team player who enjoys working in a startup environment.

The Role:

• Carry out project work across a number of technology areas including:
  • Handle support escalations
  • Collaborate on evolving our standard customer offering
  • Windows Desktop and Server
  • Voice and Video collaboration tools
  • Database, LOB Apps and ERP
  • Networks
• Meet with clients on a regular basis to provide a technology update or discuss future needs

Minimum Requirements

• We understand IT professionals come up through many different paths. We’re looking for demonstrable technical expertise alongside customer facing experience. You should be able to tell us some war stories and show us why our customers will want to work with you.
• Current drivers license
• Excellent proficiency in English and the ability to make yourself understood in writing
• Australian Resident
• $76k – $92k annual salary plus dependant on experience
