We’re looking to hire an experienced managed services consultant. The position is based in Brisbane, Australia at our Milton offices.

You Are:
- Experienced managed services consultant with a deep understanding of the MSP and IT industry
- One part engineer, one part team leader, and one part account manager
- Comfortably able to deal on an executive level
- Prepared to help young professionals further their career with us
- Not afraid to get your hands dirty when needed
- Ready to do what it takes to get the job done
- Excited to get involved in an early stage MSP and be an integral part of our growth
The Role:
- Manage customer accounts on a technical and commercial level
- Hire and run a productive team of technicians, supporting them adequately
- Ensure a number of key metrics for satisfaction, efficiency and revenue are met
- Design and implement operational procedures
- Meet a 30-50% target for billable project work yourself on key projects
